Bernie's Ice Cream and Fudge

Excellent find. This is the creamiest, freshest ice cream we have had on the Vineyard. The owner and his wife make the ice cream and fudge themselves. We decided to put the fudge on the ice cream and that is the best!!!

Very creamy and flavorful ice cream and the staff tries hard to assure you get a full cone of this thick creamy ice cream.

Every flavor we tried was wonderful. Black Raspberry had an intense fruit flavor and not too much sweetness. Toasted coconut was an unusual and delicious treat. Mocha chip had deep coffee taste and excellent quality chocolate pieces. Butter pecan was full of small pecan pieces in an had true butter flavor. Do not skip the ginger snap - their very best offering. It had a nice fresh ginger taste and big pieces of ginger snap cookies. Everyone in our party thought it was the best ice cream we had ever tasted.Truly distinctive is the unbelievably smooth, creamy mouth feel of every flavor. That Bernie's manages to achieve this perfect texture - that most ice cream makers don't even approximate - is their secret.
